3.1 Can I view on multiple devices?
No - your ABFF PLAY membership allows you to watch video content on one device at a time. You can have multiple login sessions open simultaneously but will not be able to watch multiple videos at the same time.
If you receive the following message "You are currently watching a video on another device" you will need to close your previous session and refresh your device/browser to begin watching content on a separate device.
If you have forgotten your password or need to unlock your account, go to the ABFF PLAY login screen and click the link that says, "Forgot your username or password?"
Enter the e-mail address associated with your ABFF PLAY account and you will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
Please contact us using from the email account associated with your subscription.
In the Email subject line state: "Right to Access under Art 15 GDPR" and in the email state: "I hereby request all information I am entitled to under Article 15 GDPR that is associated with my account. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact me." It is likely that someone might get back to you requesting further proof for identity verification.
